mtnl upload speed

Is any one getting low upload speed like attaching files in yahoo mail etc on mtnl broadband?

I also test speed at this site but upload speed is very low like 56kbps only

low upload speed as like wat ??? its normal tat wen u attach a file to ur yahoo mail, it takes longer time as compared to a d/load..also, the upload will be faster if u leave the system idle and NOT surf any pages while the yahoomail attaches ur file..

previously i am getting 26-27.5Kbps download speed and 25-26.5Kbps upload speed

But while attaching file now i am getting only 7-15Kbps. This type of problem having with lot of other site.
