Memory (RAM) Upgrade Confusion, Please Help Immediately!

I want to upgrade my desktop (LG MyPC) computer's RAM at least to 1GB (currently I have 128 MB). My motherboard model is "P4TDQ Pro". I have few queries (I am attaching few pages of my motherboard menual):
(1) What types of memory clock frequencies support my motherboard? Which is the highest frequency DDR Module supporting my motherboard?
(2) If I want to upgrade to 2GB, Should I have to by to 1GB modules or only one 2 GB module will support?
(3) What are these confusing terms like Unbuffered, Fuzzy, Access Time etc. in the menual?
(4) Which company's RAM module should I buy, plz tell me exact make, model, frequency etc.?
Plz help! I am very much confused!

Your mobo supports DDR 333Mhz modules. But 400Mhz modle will also work but they will run in 333Mhz mode without any problem

Your mobo supports 1GB module per slot so buy 2x I GB module

I don't know what the term fuzzy means but all consumer grades rams are unbuffered.
You don't have to worry about access time and unbuffered thing.

Buy Transcend 2x 1GB DDR 400 MHz Module For Rs. 1500 each.
