im using BSNL 2mbps home plan....i download a lot of stuff through torrents....i wanna seed too...but i donno whether it free in the night(2 to 8am) as the download is....any hoomeplan users here can help me?? plz......just wanna know whether uploading is free between 2 to 8am........thanx a lot!

both download + upload

so when ur downloads are charged
it means both download and upload are charged
