need help for GPU

i'm not sure whether this topic is posted in the right section since i had no idea of where to post it.

recently i read DIGIT COLLECTORS EDITION. it was really helpful in choosing my pc, but i have one question about the GPU. it was mentioned that ZOTAC 9800GTX + AMP EDITION costs around Rs.10,xxx. But basically i from Chennai and the price is high as Rs.15xxx in our place. Can you please tell me in which part of the country is the rate applicable and any place where i can ge it.

Dont buy it at all.

Follow my advice, buy a Palit HD4850 SONIC @ 9.8k, and dealers won't ask for more than 10.5k dun worry.
