Default problem face on my capture card


I have Monarch MV45 realtime hardware based capture card.
the card fully ok and working in good condition in the following pc -> MSI 865GM3/p4 2.4/256MB DDR333/40GB-7200rpm/winXP pro SP2

but when i am trying to install to my PC the following incidents occures every time. I describe it step by step.

1>format HDD and load fresh copy WIN XP pro & SP2 and all MB/VGA/audio/LAN drivers -> restarts ->OK
2>now i install MV45 driver-> restarts-> OK
3>Now I install capture software ->restarts -> PC not booted in ANY mode (normal/ last good condition/safe mode)
4>now i have to re-formatand again fresh copy ->PC boots OK

I already change AGP cards , frmat (NTFS or FAT), change HDD but can not solve problem. i already mail to monarch but they said "there is no patch or bugs"
pls hlep me to solve problem. My PC config as follows

MSI 875 Neo-FISR/3.0 HT/1024 MB DDR400/ 9600pro 256MB/ 160GB SATA

I suspect some kind of incompatibility between your pc and the capture software. Install the capture drivers, but not the software.

Try third party capture + viewing software. Start with Virtual VCR - http://virtualvcr.sourceforge.net/

For viewing, nothing beats DScaler -
http://www.dscaler.org/
Get version 4 as version 5 is not yet complete.

There are heaps of alternatives, both free and pay. Check this site for starters -

as mentioned above please use third party softwares...i dont think there wuld be any compatibility.
