no my friend, there is no Ram Doubler, to the best of my knowledge.
you have to pay and upgrade to say, 256mb. reg ram optimizers, even i use 'ram idle'. try it it may help you, ........but : i quote :

RAM Doubler Need To search Bout this Thing 
... to improve perfomance u will have to increase the amount of actual physical ram and using optimizers or your so called "doubler" will not help ...
