Default NTFS Premission problem

I have windows XP installed and the Drive C (system drive) is NTFS. I have protected the My Document folder (using access grant system) so that only me (administrator) can open the folder

Now my system was unstable so i have reinstalled winxp. I have backed up the my documents folder in D drive (NTFS). What i forgot was that i forgot to remove the permissions. So now on my new win xp installed i cant open the my documents folder. Any way to solve this problem?
