hey, i just wanna to change my pic in the profile.....
i deleted the earlier one and browse for a new one through my comp.....
but everytime it shows "upload failed"
then i tried to link an image as its the second option...
but again the same error !!
although in my user CP im able to see that image..........
but not in the posts.......u can also see that there is no image with my name

what wrong has happened.............?????

try uploading a small sized (avatar sized) photograph with less KB

its mere of 3 kb with 45x50 size.......
the limit is of 100 kb and with 100x100 pixels.....

The maximum size of your custom image is 100 by 100 pixels or 64.0 KB (whichever is smaller).

use formats like JPG or GIF
may be ur using any uncompatible format ?

so mrintech....u wanna to say its problem with chrome.........
but not i suppose.....same problem with IE & opera too.........
Dammnnnnn,,,,,,,,this never happend to me before........i cant able to upload a image.........
@satyamy i tried with so many pics.....of 3 kbs to 10 kbs.....and within limits like 45x50 pixels ........38x40 pixels..........and with legal extensions like jpe,jpeg...........but only one answer "upload of file failed"

This may happen due to poor net connection
Try to upload the image in the imageshack and then submit the image url in the digit........

bro i hav mtnl connection with 2Mbps speed...........is this a poor connection.........??
i hav already tried to link the image from other site, google and shareapic too........nothing happened.........!!!!

Youll find this under "Settings & Options" in UserCP

You were always using Edit Profile Picture, that's why you were getting problem

I tried thru Edit Avtar setting but the gif image gets loaded as Jpg ????PLZ HELP
