visit www.gragorybraun.com and download MS Windows error code lookup utility v 2.8, and see if it helps you.

Hey I hope this would help you.

Windows Stops Responding and You Receive a "Display Driver Has Stopped Working Normally" Error Message
This says check with your Video card manufacturer for driver updates.

Also chk this interesting thing. When I googled it, I got Digit thread where karthik55859 was saying it was RAM issue. http://www.thinkdigit.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=21173

So first try updating video drivers first.
