hello guys i have a problem that some dvd's with not a single scratch are not running in my dvd writer but in other's computer those dvd's are workink so tell me the problem .


my dvd writer is of dual layer also.

Still got a valid warranty? Get it replaced. Otherwise:-

Try using a cleaner CD. It is available in the markets everywhere. If that doesn't help, and if the drive's warranty period is over, open the drive yourself and clean the lens sofly using a very soft cloth. Better still, use torn paper edges(soft paper) to clean it. Try running your drive in any other computer. If it doesn't work, time for a replacement. If it does post here about it.

Oh, and an advice: Try to use better titles for threads next time. Something like, "DVD drive not able to read shiny DVDs"
