HELP:please suggest new M.B+Proc under 10k

Hi Everybody,
i want upgrade my old rig..please suggest me a proc+M.B(10k)... intel preferred.. i will buy ram ,HDD separate..right now i dont want 2 buy a graphics card...

1)please recommend me a Motherboard with good graphic support(5-6.5k)???

2)can i play all upcoming games(G.T.A -4) with onboard gpu?
at least low res??

3) which chipset is better...intel43/nvidia nForce 790i/gForce 9400??

i am targeting Intel core 2 duo series(5-6k price range) with a descent Motherboard with onboard graphics (asus,msi, gigabyte) (5-6k) range...

i am not sure abt chipsets which will be better?? (G43from intel/nvidia gforce/nforce)!!!
and total budget around (16-17k) with ram+HDD+M.B+proc+P.S.U

At this budget & if u searching for on board graphics means in INTEL u will never get below 10k

In AMD u can get !!!

In AMD 790 & 780 chipset can play GTA-4
