Default help me urgent in deep sh!t


guys this laptop is infected to da core!!!! got all sortsa nonsense!!! i dunno how it got downloaded.. my sis has been using it evenwithout knowing its affected!! omg i installed Avast.. A2.. S&D.. MSASP.. Ad-Aware.. but still sux!!! there is sum cr@ppy prog called TRENDMICRO Office scan corp. version.. i del its keys in reg but still comes in start up.. unchckd in msconfig also.. no one has installed such antivirus at all.. and my Avast detects a virus afcore.w32 or sumthin in C:\Programfiles\Trendmicro\temp and its not able to delete it.. iam not able to access the symantec page to get the removal tool also!!! i tried uninstalling it from Add or Remove Programs.. but it doesn go.. asks me for sum password.. il paste the screenie below..



also when i start my computer i get this error.. i have done a full check in reg but its not there in RUN or RUN services..



and chck my HJT hell lotta sh!t in it!!!

get the removal tool in the floppy or cd
run on your computer !

thats it !



u can use any cbyber cafe also to download the tool
and the tool doesn't has large space !

Well as far as ... trend micro is concerned .. it is the official website which provide Pc-cillin anti-virus hope U r aware of this name! ...

go to add/remove options .. & find the trend micro client .. it must have been installed on ur comp .. remove it! ..

aw man i no trendAV.. its from PC-Cillin also.. but look at the screenie.. and it asks me for sum password.. the thing is no one installed it.. i dunno how it got installed on its own.. and the virus is stored in its temp folder.. and not gettin removed..

Even I dunt know how it got installed on ur laptop .. but did ya performed wat i asked ya ...

It might be tht someone wanted to do an online scan at Trend Micro website!! .... & for this scan they ask U to install their webclient .... did ya checked ur add/remove section for suspicious entries like this ..

Then again post back the results!

in case you havent, why dont you schedule a boot-time scan of avast and spybot ? or perhaps in the safe mode !

Sechudule a boot scan !!! then to it does not work BACK UP UR DATA AND LOW LEVEL FORMAT UR HDD !!! THEN CREATEUR PARTITIONS AND INSTALL XP U SHUL HAVE NO PROB !!! EVEN IF IT WERE A BOOT VIRUS OR WORM !!!!

Boot in SAFE Mode

Run HijackThis abd check these entries:-

Click "Fix Checked" in HijackThis.

Delete these files:-
C:\WINDOWS\system32\m4nq0e55eh.dll
C:\WINDOWS\System32\jxkz32.dll
C:\WINDOWS\System32\jxkz32.dll
C:\WINDOWS\System32\vbsys2.dll

Run CleanUp! and click "Options", here move the slider to "Thorough CleanUp!" and click OK to warning message. Exit from Options and click "CleanUp!". After cleaning, click "Close" and restart PC to Normal Mode.
Post a fresh HijackThis log.

swatty i tried it.. now its got screwed more.. as soon as i start the system Avast finds a trojan virus that afcore in that trend antivirus temp folder.. i fixed those entries.. when i connect to the net my system restarts.. tried it so many times.. now i sent it for servicing to the dealer. so hope it comes clean

Your comp is so badly messed up that nothing will solve your problem completely. Easiest solution would be to reinstall Windows.

yes varun u right.. jus now i got a call that it wld only solve the prob.. so it shld b arrivin here on monday i suppose with a fresh installation of XP with SP2..
