Audio Stream Missing in DVD to MPEG Conversion

I am converting my dvd movies in to mpg format using total video converter (DVD Mpeg - NTSC - 720 x 480), an error was displayed as : "Error while opening codec for output stream #0.1 - may be incorrect parameters such as bit_rate, rate, width or height.

I installed Power DVD 7.0, DivX Player, Quick Time & K-Lite Mega Codec Pack.

Please guide me in this regard to convert my dvd movies in to mpg format.

Although my post is too late, I hope it could be of some help to you.

I think the best way is to contact their support center. You could send your problems to them via email.

In fact, what I am using is Pavtube DVD Ripper now.

It is used to convert DVD to many other video and audio formats, such as AVI, MPEG, WMV, MOV, MP4, MP3 compatible with iPod, iPhone, PSP, Zune.
I prefer the progam as its after-sale service is good. Last month, I encountered a problem and sent it to them, they replied and solved my problem on time.
So I think when choosing an appropriate program for ourselves, we should consider not only its quality, functions, but also its after-sale service.
