How to create desktop icon toolbar like this

Hmm.. Thats called Dock .. You can install MobyDock or YzDock for that .. I cant give link to YzDock cauz Apple forbids its use .. But you can still find it online .. You can also search for AquaDock ..

But i am having problem .

I am unable to place the DataOne Dial up shortcut on the dock.

pls help !

allrite do this
say the dial up connection has a shortcut on your desktop
now with the dock on drag this icon from your desktop over
to the dock the dock may enlarge carefully drop it over the dock and voila
there you have a shortcut

I know how to drag and place the shortcut icon on the Dock .

But with DataOne Dialup shortcut it is not happening, I am unable to plcaed on the dock.
