net activation

guys in my school the net is somehow disabled
the net doesnt work

but i know the cables are still connected as
1.The main system[for staff only] has net and
2.When the teachers want net for any reason net is there

So cn any1 plzzzz tell me how 2 activate the net in the computers in my school

So net is not there when you guys use it, but on the same system, when your teachers want, they get net, right?
