21 inch Monitor

Are there 21 inch monitors and he so why did not digit review them and also what are their costs? And are there 22 inch mongtors as well and if so what are their costs?

Yes there are 21" monitors. Phillips and sony are the best in that category. (22") There is no such standard size.
