Can we verify a PayPal account using a Axis Bank Debit card? Also do VCC's work anymore? And a friend of mine had problems verifying with a Axis Bank Gold Credit Card. Do they work?

1. No, Indian debit cards can't be used for Paypal verification process

2. Yes, VCC started working again. It was having problem, but now it is working again.

3. All major credit cards should work including Axis Bank Gold Credit Card but sorry, I do not have any personal experience with that card.

man just get a bank account in Kotak Mahindra.
Its just 100 Rs for the EASY No FRILLS Account ! Then dump some money into that bank.

Then use the KOTAK NetCard To verify paypal and also to shop online. I did the same. God damn easy.
For the NO FRILLS account you get all Internet Facilities free of cost. That's good enough.
