read it

set your background as html by enabling it from the desktop menu

"view my desktop as a web page"

now design a page in word or any other WYSIWYG

set that html as the background

enjoy !

but how to that of a screen saver ?

anyone out here ?

then press print screen key on ur KB..

open mspaint & paste there & save the pic as u want

I remember a sw by the name Dreamrender...

Came waaaay before Vista Ultimate's Dreamscene, mayb in excess of 8 years.
It had a mercury sorta rendering in the trial mode then. Used to run it on my Win98 to impress friends. Was a lil demanding on my PIII 256MB then (with AV on).

It was paidware earlier, now it's freeware

PLEASE. pc leone just bumped a THREE year old thread. Should I report this?

+1 for dreamrender, too bad you need to pay for downloading the renders. And the free ones suck. Your best bet is to get vista and download dreams. They rock! Also get Stardock's DreamScene for Vista comps, it looks really cool! VLC and BSplayer consume lots of memory btw.

Of course, you should report an old thread. Things would have changed rapidly in the technology world, so pulling old discussions won't help much, a better idea would be to start a new topic.
