How Do I know my host server?
I want to know that does my server support FTP.........if yes which port should I configure my proxy settings of Filezilla so that I can connect to the FTP server and download from there.
How................???

send an email to the customer care of your webhost and ask them for the details. remember to mention your username in that.

Default Port of FTP is 21. Check if that helps. In 95% cases, hosts dont change Default ports to avoid confusion of clients
