paypal and my payments

Hi just got paid for a work. And he has given me the payments through paypal. I accepted the payments, but there was few things paypal was telling me..
that there is a limit for indian users, cant use this cant use that

I am just confused. Pls help me I need some clarification.

By the way I just wanna know can I drop my credit card info from paypal and use the money accepted. Can I do that?

yes you can attach the credit card to your paypal account. When you do that, your limit will automatically be upgraded.

people I need to know if I want to pay, I dont want to use my credit card. but the money thats in my account.
Is it possible? or everytime I have to use my credit card for payments?

You can withdraw your paypal balance upto $3000 ($500 / month) without the need of verifying your account using a credit card..

if you have balance in your paypal account, money will be deducted from your paypal account. if you don't have fund in your paypal account, than credit card will be used to make payment.
