Go for Intel C2D E7200 and MSI P45.
For graphics, you can get an HD4850 which pawns those cards you've mentioned. If you can afford the HD4850, go for a 9800GTX based card, preferably Zotac. And you can go for any decent 550W PSU like the Cooler Master Real Power 550W.

Thanks guys for your valuable time.... i have configured the following with Intel

Intel E7200 Core 2 Duo Processor Price - 5100/-
Intel DG965RYCK Motherboard - 6100/-
Palits Hd4850 - 9500/-
Transcend 1 GB 800 Mhz DDR2 RAM - 750/- (x2/x4)

Now, i need a few info about AMD. what about AMD Phenom X3 and X4 (which is better, means goes for atleast 3-4 years) as both are 64 bit; which mobo i should go for, i heard that AMD is better than Intel for gaming rigs and prices are also matters. but only thing is that heat with AMD and i have to go for gud cooler, rit.

And also need some briefs about Hd4850, can i configure SLI with it? i have got very poor knowledge with graphics card.

I like to play splinter cell series as i have already completed first two series but third is not going smoothly, also Half life is not going very clear.

Here it is the choice for AMD....

AMD Phenom X4 9550 need price info
ASUS M3A32-MVP Deluxe need price info
Palits Hd4850 - 9500/-
Transcend 1 GB 800 Mhz DDR2 RAM - 750/- (x2/x4)

I think Hd4850 will perform well with AMD platform as it is from based on AMD (I might wrong and a bit curious to know)

your valuable sugges and inputs required to go for anyone of these... it will really help me top choose the best one for gaming and multimedia experience.
