Default Please suggest a good folder synchronize utility

Please suggest a good folder synchronize utility (OS - Win XP)

Basically syncing files between a PC and a laptop through wireless networking. There are a huge number of files (like greater than 90,000 files mainly consists of html files, php files and images). So copying the files always is not a good idea.

Looking for something that have an option like an auto sync (copy only those files which are changed), planning to set it daily / once in three days.

Thanks in advance.

Forgot to add - file paths will be greater than 255 characters in many cases (Hint : Can't use programs like DeltaCopy)

You can use Syncback freeware from here
http://www.2brightsparks.com/syncback/syncback-hub.html

See the box in the bottom right hand corner of that page
