Uploading database

hi,
can anyone tell me how to upload database on the server.
I hv created database on my local machine.

And after uploading on to the server, what connection string i should use in my asp.net program.

More info plz such as what type of database it is? If it is MySQL type, then you can do it using PhpMyAdmin, provided both-you and your webhost provides you that tool!

I m using MS SQL server 2000.

to store user name & password.
I have a form for validating the above, devloped using asp.net(C#).

My site is hosted by plesk.

Unfortunately I have no experience with any of the above. But there may be a similar tool for MS-SQL databases too.

Plesk seems a kind of Control Panel, never used it though.
Anyways a small search would have helped you.
