Hey Guys i m in need of your help again, please help asap,

currently i m working on my final year project, which is in J2EE Arch. project so using JSP,
now I have two problems...

First when ever i want some action to be happen then i m giving stright link which is not secure,
so can any one tell me hw to make it id looking work as we find like
www.abcd.com/_login?auth123_5678 type

second i want in my script that if a guy try to login from a system nd fails for more then three times in a row then that IP should be blocked for the whole day, no login shoul be taken from that ip for that day,

so guys can u help me pls..............

deadline in 30th of this month................
