how to add a hotkey in VB

Is there any way to add a hotkey to some actions in a VB..
for example in case of webshots ctrl+alt+w will change the wall paper..
is there any method to do so in VB program..
Note that i have not asked how to add shorcut key-->it's easy.

it's for VB6 i presume....
i will try it but there are huge chances that it will not work in VB2008..coz there is drastic change from VB6 to present VB...
