Default Printing "Fit to page" through any programming language


Hi,

I want to know if any programming language has the feature to take a formatted piece of text (say HTML page, etc) and instruct default printer to print to "fit to page" (scaling text and image if size exceeds one page size) without raising the print dialog box... This is often done in spreadsheets but I want to be able to do it in a program...
