Default Knowing more than one programming language

Hi,

I have a big problem. For last 5 years I have learnt many programming languges such as c, c++, java, c#, VB.Net, PL/SQL, Delphi etc etc. I dont use these stuff everyday and as a result I forget this. Whenever I have interview call, I am unable to answer some of the simple questions, sometimes even very simple question. I have no problem answering current project's language questions.

I want some help in this. How do I keep updated myself in all language. Is there any simple way, so that I can be ready for interview within 2 hrs and I need to start learning from 1st page.

Any methodology to achieve this will help me alot.
