Java..
CS guys have web designing projects in later years so you could do webdesign based course.. Ask some seniors about it.

Learn java(jdk 1.6) basics well. After that u can build on that. Also try to improve ur english.(give importance to speak).

dude maheshr is absolutely correct. If you have a poor language command then it will be quite tough for you get gud employment opportunities.......I am also planin to take language classese as i am nt gud at it at all
