Printer needed

Hey guys i budget is abt 4 to 5 K and i want a decent printer . Preferably HP. Can u please suggest me some models and which one would be best value for money

Cost per print is decent
A flatbed scanner, thus making scanning of files a piece of cake....
And a copier too (B&W/Color) ,which runs without u having to turn your computer on

Only con is that the cartridges are too expensive
better look around for a reliable cartridge-refill centre

Ya ... They are.
But refilling them doesn't give a good print out.So I have to buy original ones.

HP F380 All In One is good VFM.
