Default front USB are not working

Oh. I have a problem with my new PC
It's front USB are not recognized..but rear USB are working properly...
What is the matter...

Some vendors give Front USB without any MB connectors, sometimes they forget to connect. Either u can inform vendor or just open case & see if they are connected to MB with any cable.
