Default 15K configuration

Hi,
I am deferring my 40K gaming system till next week and I am buying a cheap system for my uncle today. Could you please suggest me a hardware configuration without monitor worth 15K. I am planning to take an AMD configuration as AMD would be VFM in this range.

Requirements:
  1. Processor
  2. Motherboard with good IGP (OC not required)
  3. Ram (Maybe 2GB, Its dirt cheap anyways)
  4. HDD
  5. Optical Drive
  6. Cabinet + SMPS
  7. Speakers
  8. Keyboard + Mouse
  9. UPS (A good one as power fluctuations are high)

The system would be mostly used for watching movies, internet, and little gaming like NFSMW at 800x600 or 1024x768.

P.S: I am planning to buy the system at CTC today afternoon and would be grateful if I can receive some quick responses.

Requirements:
  1. Processor - AMD 64 X2 4600+ - 2800
  2. Motherboard with good IGP (OC not required) - ASUS M2N MX - SE + 2300 or ASUS M2N - VM HDMI - 3800
  3. Ram (Maybe 2GB, Its dirt cheap anyways) - 2GB Kingston - 1800
  4. HDD - WD 160GB - 1800
  5. Optical Drive - ASUS - 1100
  6. Cabinet + SMPS - Zebronics - 1000
  7. Speakers - Creative SBS - 450
  8. Keyboard + Mouse - Logitech Combo - 700
  9. UPS (A good one as power fluctuations are high) - APC UPS - 1800
Eventhough if u choose the latter mobo the budget still not exceeds a lot may be a 200 bucks more.....
If u choose the first one the overall is 13550/-
But the second one has a HDMI Port... and may be help u watching movies...

you can get e5200 for 3.7k provided you find a place that's selling it very soon.
