What is THE BEST configuration under 40k?

here is my budget for various components. I need help on what could be the best configuration for below mentioned range for various components.

processor - 10000
motherboard - 5000
graphics - 10000
ram(2 gb) - 2500
hdd - 4000
monitor - 5000
cabinet+power - 2500
mouse+KBB - 500

total - 39500

i won't need following

ups
dvd drive
speakers

kindly suggest ....

Quad core is good idea.Only disadvantage is price.

If you dont have that much need..than why spend so much money??

dude why spend extra money if you are never gonna need it soon enough.Quad core is essentially for heavy graphic professionals and other high speed multitasking professions.Instead go for 8800gt that will boost you performance.

No it would never! I mean, if you buy the 8800GT, you will have just that and nothing else to run it on

The lowest 8800 is around 16k so i guess it won't fit in 40k.Anyways man you surely don't need a quad core for normal day to day usage.
