Give New Computer Config

I wanted to know that realy has AMD slashedit price and will it take effect in karnataka

And i wanted a new config based on this in below 20,000

Dual core processor AMD AM2
Motherboard MSI supporting shader model 3
120 GB HDD sata 2
RAM DDR2
DVD Writer prefer LIte on

Along with price

my usage is internet, casual gaming(no GFX), casual video and audio editing and playing, and many other stuff

And this configuration should run vista ultimate with aero without any problem

Budget restricted so donot try to overshoot it please

Does the budget include only specified components or for whole computer? Missing components include Cabinet, Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse, UPS and speakers...15" Ordinary CRT monitor will itself cost 3800, so budget will be overshot by above mentioned combo... Perhaps motherboard may be changed to MSI K9A GM2 L (Socket AM2) which goes (along with the 3600+ proccy) for Rs. 7500/- or ASUS M2V-TVM which goes with proccy for 6900/-
