best configuration at 32k

hey all...my friend is planning to buy a new pc at around 32k.. could you please suggest the best configuration at this budget? thanks a lot

lets see

intel core2duo e6300 or e4300
Asus p5ld2 vmse or gigabyte 945 gm s2
Transcend 1 gb ddr2 ram (533 mhz).
samsung syncmaster 794mg 17in

well this is the basic stuff you should get, and add a keyboard +mouse and a caninet (with smps) it should all fall under 32k.

Core 2 duo might not fit, look for Athlon64 X2 3800+ AM2 with 1 GB RAM & Asus nForce chipset based motherboard

^^ i'm pretty sure it can fit. but no room for a GPU then.
