Computer Configuration for All
Hi Guys,
I think there should be a separate thread for different kind of configurations like gaming pc(budget,mid range,high end),general purpose etc etc....So this new thread. hope this will be useful to would be buyers
come on n help this thread grow
I m planning to build a budget core 2 based pc with following configuration
1.Processor => Intel Core 2 duo E6300 - 8675/-
2.Motherboard => Asrock conroe 945G DVI - 4000/-
3.Ram => kingston 512 mb 667 mhz - 3300/-
4.HDD => Seagate 250 gb 7200.10(16 mb buffer)
5.ODD => Lite-on SHM 165H6S 3300/-
6.Monitor => Samsung Lcd (17' LCD )740N 10600/-
7.Cabinet => Zebronics Antibiotic 2200/-
8.SMPS => Zebronics Platinum 500w 2000/-
8.UPS => APC 650 VA 2700/-
9.Speaker => Logitech x-230 3000/-

Well,as far as I'am concerned the best config for me(November-December 2006) would be:
Intel C2D E6600 Rs.16000
Asus P5W DH Deluxe Wifi Rs.14500
(Best 975 chipset mobo in the world)
1GB DDR2 667mhz Rs.6200
XFX/Zebronics Nvidia GeForce 7600 GT PCIe 16x Rs.10500/7050
19" Samsung 940BW wide screen LCD Rs.14500
techcom external tv tuner with LCD support Rs.1980
160GB SATA HDD Rs.2850
microsoft wireless kbd and mouse Rs.3500
Zebronics Antibiotic Rs.2200
Zebronics Platinum 500W SMPS Rs.1900

I beg to disagree... the best 975 mobo is the Abit AW9D Max. P5WDH is one damn buggy board. If you wanna run stock, its fine but for any sorta overclocking, its a PITA.

No no this thread is not just meant for budget pc config but for each n every possible category so that anyone wanna buy pc anytime of any type, just visit this thread to know the best possible config for his budget or according to his requirements

Well I think I wont need to buy a Asus P5W DH DLX anymore coz I just happened to find out the best mobo after all the Asus Striker Extreme.............I think its the best motherboard ever.

At the moment we are drifting away from the topic.
An off topic comment
" ASUS striker Extreme is sure one of the top motherboard for Intel sluggers in Gaming segment
But dont forget about Crosshair from ASUS in AMD segment for gaming
Well both are actually same..for that former one providing NVIDIA nForce 680i SLI while the later one still sticked with NVIDIA nForce 590
