Dude where do you get Asus P5WD2 board for 4.5k ???????

That board is based on 955X chipset and i can vouch that no brand has board on that chipset that cheap.

80GB SATA HDD costs max - 2,600 or may be 2,800 not more than that.

512MB DDR2 = 2200/- max

i wonder whether 512 RAM is needed when the requirement is Lowend.
Even 256 is much more given the kind of Application the PC is going to be used.
As far as i am concerned 128 Mb RAM + CDROM.
If more RAM is desired then that can be included as and when needed.

Intel Pentium 4 506 2.66 Ghz => 4600
Intel original 101 motherboard (ATI xpress 200 chipset) => 3500
Hynix 512 Mb Ram => 1700
Seagate 80 Gb SATA => 2600
Samsung sync master (some model no. ) 17" =>4100
LG Cd writer => 1300
Creative spaakers (basic) => 400
Logitech mouse + keyboard => 600
Cabinet + PSU => 1500

. If you can afford a bit more go for a better speaker like cretive inspire 2.1
