Re: Rig for friend...configuration required
The above configuration is really very good and properly balanced. Just get Toshiba 1TB 7200RPM SATA Internal Desktop Hard Drive (DT01ACA100) (LINK) instead of the WD Caviar Green HDD. WD Green HDDs are not of good build quality and perform slower than the normal 7200 rpm HDD. The Toshiba one is a true 7200 RPM HDD and comes with 3 years of warranty.

Re: Rig for friend...configuration required
For full hd resolution you should take a 7850 as minimum. And dont waste your money at vengeance when you most probably wont overclock it with a b75 mobo. Get corsair's 1600mhz value ram. And you might wanna get a better psu, if you dont want to buy a new one next time, its sufficient for hd 7850 but anything above that I will be doubtful

Re: Rig for friend...configuration required
My recommendation would be replacing Corsair PSU with Seasonic SII 620/520.
Using it for one year and its a bliss.

Re: Rig for friend...configuration required
Though the config looks balance for a HTPC, its not so much for gaming.
1080p gaming, add a HD 7850 at min.
Take 500GB & add 2TB later. No big deal with HDD's
Corsair GS600 will be a resonable PSU here rather than CX430 v2 for HD 7850.
Lastly, Why Ripjaws or Vengeance kits for a non-OC config ??
Get those Corsair Value DDR3 1333Mhz 8GB [4GB x 2]. Saves a lot end of the day.
Also don't forget you pay 5% for vat on the total. So keep a check dude....
All the best.Last edited by d3p; 13-03-2013 at 09:01 PM.

Re: Rig for friend...configuration required
Please stick to the HD 7850 as bare minimum for Full HD gaming. The HD 7850 is budget priced and is worth the premium over the HD 7700.
Strictly gaming? Stick to a quad core by Intel (any Ivy Bridge)About me:

Re: Rig for friend...configuration required
Please change your cabinet from Zebronics to any entry level cabinet from reputable brand. I doubt if it can house a Radeon 7850.
You can opt for NZXT CABINET SOURCE 210 ELITE / BitFenix Merc Alpha as per your choice. Corsair will be a bit costly though and may not suit your budget.

Re: Rig for friend...configuration required
Well cabinets are something which people generally don't change while upgrading their pc. Reputed brands like NZXT/Bitfenix/Corsair etc take care about the functional aspects and features that the end consumer will be getting. You get decent space which can accommodate most of the Graphics card, clean layout, ample connectivity options & some cable management too. Plus the build quality is superior too.
Go, through the review of Zebronics Bijli. You'll understand the design / functional aspects m talking about.
Zebronics Bijli cabinet review
A more standard review of Zebronics Bijli....
http://hardwarebbq.com/2011/11/zebronics-bijli-2/all/1/
The point is, when you are spending 50K for an entire rig, spend 1K more to get a decent Chassis. You won't regret it..

Re: Rig for friend...configuration required
The config looks great but would just ask you to get a ASUS GTX650Ti for Rs 10300 over the HD7770,that is keeping gaming in mind. And change the monitor to a Dell S2240L an IPS LED full HD panel for Rs 8900.

Re: Rig for friend...configuration required
I think OP should stick with a 500W PSU and save some money. 600W PSU is way overkill for the configuration.

Re: Rig for friend...configuration required
Thanks to all for ur helps .....
Finally I have found the best (as per requirement) Rig config as below.
Component: Model Number: Price
Processor : Intel Core i3 3225 : Rs. 7100
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-B75M-D3H : Rs. 4150
RAM: Corsair Vengeance DDR3 8 GB (2 x 4 GB) PC RAM (CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9R) : Rs. 3584
Graphics Card: ASUS GTX650Ti : Rs. 10300
HDD: Toshiba DT01ACA100 1 TB : Rs. 4150
PSU: Corsair GS600 : Rs. 5366
Monitor: Dell 22" S2240L : Rs. 8900
DVD Drive" Asus DVD-RW Black : Rs. 1200
Chassis: NZXT Gamma : Rs. 2300
KB & Mouse: Logitch MK200 : Rs. 925
UPS: APC BR600VA-IN : Rs. 1900
Total : Rs. 49875 + VAT/TAX
Still only one confusion for PSU: Corsair GS600 / 500W ? Don't know if there is any noise problem with 500W. Going for GS600 as of now, but if there is no noise prob with 500W, will go for it.

Re: Rig for friend...configuration required
The PSU price is way higher than local. You could get a 750w PSU from Seasonic for that amount. Corsair GS500 @ 4k is perfect for your rig. Also the price of GTX 650 Ti is 9.8k.....

@ASHISH65: For i3 3220 and 3225, I can only see one difference between the two and that's the integrated graphics. HD2500 vs HD4000. So what's the difference and which one will be best for my rig (gaming)?
@Sainatarajan: Are you suggeting me Corsair GS500 for my rig? I heard about some noise issue for this during pick load/pressure.
Please suggest...
I am not buying from flipcart, though I have got the price from flipcart. Will go to Chandni Market...

Also need ur help here..
1. Want to watch TV from through my system (buying Dell 23" LED - U2312HM Monitor). What to do for that? I mean to say, should I go for TV tuner card or there is any other way around?
2. We are currently using RYB type cable for TV with setup box (not HDMI, I suppose). So any compatible way to use it? One of my friend suggest me to buy an RYB cable splitter. Can I go for it?
3. Also got suggested for buying Creative 3-in-1 bluster card for good sound controller. Can I go for it?
