Suggest a Gaming Tower under 40k (Tight Budget)

Hey Guys, I really want to buy a Gaming laptop (60k and didnt find one suitable) but also want to play games at high Resolution..so going for a desktop instead.I have some old parts of my old pc which i can use...

So, help me guys to Buy a new One.. Sorry for Poor English

1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')
Ans:Games, Games and Games like Farcry3, Dead Space3, Hitman Absolution...On High or Ultra setting with resolution 1080p.

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans:I am on Tight Budget of 40k and and can extend upto 5k more.

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans:Yes In Future.

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans:Windows 8 Pro 64 bit or Win 7 ultimate 64bit

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans: 1TB

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans:No Monitor Only the heart CPU.

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans:Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse.

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans:April or May this Year.

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans:Yes, I can assemble Desktop Myself.

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans: Bhubaneswar, Odisha..I can buy both locally Or Online...which ever is More cheaper.

11. Anything else which you would like to say?
Ans:Only want the CPU. Please don't waste too much on Cabinet (Dont want looks to show off should be strong inside )

I have a Old PC with Below Configuration.

Mother Board: Asus P5SD2-VM.(noob board)
Processor: Intel Core 2 duo e7400 @2.80GHZ ( want to reuse it if possible in my RIG, You guys know better but i Love it)
Ram : Some Dynet DDR2...2GB
Graphics Card : Nvdia 9500GT
Harddisk: Seagate 250GB
PSU: Blacklisted One ()
Monitor : Samsung Syncmaster 733NW (love it)

Bro Just Go With AMD(in Budgest) or Intel(Highly priced)
my suggestion is that you should spend atleast 15000 for a Nice graphic card!!(you can play latest games with high setting)
I do have a Core2duo shitty processor(i have 2gdd2 ram and DDR2 MOBO) But my friend system is better)!! my friend have athlon 2 and Believe me it runs heavy applications with 1gb ram in xp!!

Please start the thread a couple of weeks before you plan to buy to ensure that you receive the latest products and not the outdated ones.
