Hey all.
My Budget is 41k - excluding speakers,mouse and keyboard.
note - I m not going to overclock. Priorities = Gaming/Video editing.

Processor -I need the best i5 non k processor. I can get the i5 3570 [non k] and 3550 on ebay for almost the same price i.e. around 12k. My brother can get it when he returns to India next month. But I ve heard that 3570 non k and 3540 are almost as capable. And 3540 could save around 1.2k
lets assume approx cost=12 000

RAM - I think I will be getting two of the Kingston ValueRAM DDR3 4 GB PC RAM (KVR1333D3N9/4G).

Monitor - Dell 20 inch LED - IN2030M
cost = 6500.

NET COST [till now] = 28000.
Remaining budget = 13000.

Remaining components = Mother-board,Cabinet,PSU - This is where I am totally confused.
Need a mother board that is compatible with the above RAM GPU HD.

I guess we could space out the 13 k as [just a rough idea] -
7000 - Mobo
3800 - PSU
2200 - Cabinet.

Mobo - Gigabyte GA-B75M-D3H = 4.5k
PSU - Corsair cx420 v2 = 2.5k
Cabinet - NZXT Source 210 elite = 2.2k

13k- (4.5+2.5+2.2) = ~4k.
Chip in the 4k and whatever cash you can, with amount you save by "Not buying" HD5450. Its too weak card to fulfill your needs. Get at least 7770 (~10k) to get going.

PS: I believe you're picking 5450 card due to "2GB" factor, but my friend that's not the real truth. True story lies in chipset (+core clocks + architecture +bandwidth +what not...). 1GB or 2GB are just "marketing gimmick".
