do you have a CRT TV or LCD / LED TV ?? If yes, then is it a HD Ready or Full HD ?? Provide the Model details of your TV.

    Here goes your Config.

    Component Product Price
    Processor Intel i5 2500k 12000
    Motherboard ASRock Z77 Extreme4 10000
    RAM Gskill RipjawsX 8GB (4GBx2) 1600MHz CL9 3000
GPU Sapphire HD7850 Dual Fan Active 16000
    HDD Seagate Baracuda 1TB 7200 64MB cache 5400
    Optical Drive Asus DRW-24B5ST 1100
    PSU Corsair CMPSU-650TXV2 5800
Cabinet NZXT Source Elite 210 2400
    Keyboard Logitech Media K200 400
    Mice Logitech G400 1800
    UPS APC 700va 2400

    Total : 60k

The Stock intel cooler bundled along with the intel i5 2500k processor is just waste. Get an after market cooler like Cooler Master Hyper 212 @ 2.1k.

Note : Monitor is not included in the above config.

Dont compromise with the psu. You put everything in the cabinet at risk.
650w is on the safe side. The Corsair Builder Series CX600 saves you money and might just work unless I am missing something in your config requirements.
Give some details about your monitor requirements.

I understand tx is better. (AX > HX > TX > GS > CX)
I suggested the cheaper cx600 because OP wanted to purchase a monitor by compromising on the psu.
Knowing if cx600 can work with the current setup would have been more helpful.

better=suggested....CX has lower efficiency than the TX...and i think a basic 20 incher can be included in 65K...

    With few changes...

    Component Product Price
    Processor Intel i5 2500k 12000
    Motherboard ASRock Z77 Extreme4 10000
    RAM Gskill RipjawsX 4GB (4GBx2) 1600MHz CL9 1600

Monitor Benq G2222HDL LED monitor 7500
Cabinet NZXT Source Elite 210 2400
    Keyboard Logitech Media K200 400
    Mice Logitech G400 1800
    UPS APC 700va 2400

    Total : 64.8k

Changes : 500GB + only 4GB instead of 8GB. You can upgrade to 8GB whenever you have enough dough.

Its better to get a ATX board with enough PCIe Slots rather than getting an uATX board & cry forever. Specially when they are priced in the same range & also with future upgrade-ability.

Secondly, if gaming is the only concern then also give a second thought about getting an i3 2nd Gen [ignoring OC-capability] or AMD Phenom II 960T, instead of Intel i5 2500k.
AMD Quad Core + HD 7850 will save enough to get you a 24inch monitor with the same budget range.

^^ Do you really think that getting a ATX motherboard does have a difference when user is using only one graphics card and (may be) a sound card?
Suggesting OP to avoid Asrock z77 extreme4 because it have problems although many people rate it 5 out of 5.

Even Corsair AX1200 PSU has got enough customer complaints. But is it something we avoid ??
Thing is ; Extreme4 is a cheaper Z77 ATX board & packed with good features, where Asus failed to deliver.

As you have already mentioned, You are Pune based dealer. Search in google for a city named "Cuttack". Locally those dealers sells it at a price of 12.5k.
Now coming to OP, OP is buying from Delhi. I'm sure he will get a good deal, even lesser than 12k.

so you will take a board which has a habit of having bent socket pins and faulty ram slots?
even when you have better options?
even the P8Z77 VLX is better than the Extreme 4....sadly GB has no intention of taking the mobo market here that's why board like this with bad bios and faulty parts are getting revered....

Which product is safe here ?? Start from series production / manufacturing to Delivery, Anything can happen to any parts...that's why RMA & ASS play a vital role. Doens't really matter, whether its Asus or GBT or Asrock.

I dont know if d3p "took is on his heart" or not, but he is right.
Prices vary a lot and for a lot of reasons ( not just for rise in dollar value).
3 weeks ago, I was quoted less than 12.5k for i5 2500k and asus p8z77m pro, separately, in bhubaneswar (30kms from cuttack). Prices in bhubaneswar and cuttack are somewhat similar.
    Spoiler:
    Intel i7 2600k, Asus P8Z77-M Pro, Sapphire HD 7950 VaporX with Boost | Palit 9600GT, Corsair TX650v2, CM Hyper 212 Evo(push-pull), CM Elite 430, Altec Lansing ATP3 2.1, Samsung Syncmaster 2033, Corsair 2x2GB, Seagate 1TB + WD 1TB Black + Maxtor 300GB, Win7 Ultimatex64, CPU-Z , GPU-Z
