Build a gaming rig under 40k.

I would like someone to help me in building my rig which i would mostly use for gaming purpose.
My budget is 35000-40000rs.

First of all my basic need is playing high graphics games like assassin's creed revelations,nfs hp3,fifa 12,prince of persia,just cause 1/2,skyrim,call of duty series etc.
Secondly i would also use it for playing music & movies,for surfing the net,all types of huge and small downloads.
My maximum budget is 42000Rs. 2000rs. up-down is agreeable.
Right now i have no intention of overclocking but i may overclock after 5-6 years.
Windows 7 would be my optimum need.
I want to include a 1TB storage disk.
I think a 20inch monitor would be enough.I dont know anything about their resolutions.
I already have good quality keyboard,mouse,and speakers so i wont be purchasing new ones.
A high rated cabinet is not my need,i can go on with a cheap one.
My plan is to purchase it around diwali(November) this year itself.
No i have never built a pc by my own before as i was a kid that time,but now i sure can assemble it by my own,currently doing engineering(B.tech.).
I live in jaipur and would be buying the components locally.
in case i dont get 1,then i'll order it online. Flipkart zindabaad!!
