Instead of 3570, get i5 2500K which is a unlocked processor and can be overclocked like hell when plugged with a Z77/Z68/P67 motherboard. Since 3570 is a non-K or locked processor, you can't use the overclocking feature of the Z77 motherboard. For overclocking you need Intel K series + Z68/Z77/P67 motherboard combination, like 2600K or 3570K + Gigabyte Z77 UD3. 2500K performs almost same as i5 3570 at stock speed and it can be overclocked to gain extra performance.

For Ram, get G-skill RipjawX 1600 MHz module, available at the same price point. They are slightly better than Vengeance and can be overclocked to over 2000 MHz. A lot people, even the normal users are known to run it 1866 MHz speed.

If 660Ti isn't available, get HD 7850 2 GB GDDR5 which is available (Sapphire and Gigabyte) within 16K. GTX 560 ti is a older generation card and no match for 7850. It performs closer to HD 6970 or GTX 570 and consumes power lesser than HD 6850 or GT 550 Ti.

Price of GTX 660 or 660 Ti will be around or Above 20K.
    GTX 680 = 35K
    GTX 670 = 30K
    Therefore
    GTX 660 = 25K
    Intel Core I5 2400 | Intel DH67CL B3 | Corsair Value Select 2x 4 GB | Seagate Barracuda 500 GB HDD | Asus DVD RW | CM Elite 310 | Corsair GS600 | Logitech MK200 | Creative Speakers | Samsung S20B300 | V Guard UPS | Intel HD 2000 | Nokia Lumia 520 |

actually i am not planning to overclock, considered getting the z77 board due to dual sli capability. yeah hd7850 is a good card but the driver support is very bad, my cousin just bought a asus hd7770 factory oc version, i have seen tearing in games like fifa 12, it also had scaling issues ie part of monitor on sides gives black bands, therefore i selected a nvidea card.
