Pls suggest a better monitor

Hi guys,
I'm looking for a LED/LCD monitor for graphic design & a bit of gaming.

The local computer shop had only these 2 monitors.

20" SAMSUNG B2030 LCD @ Rs 6500
20" SAMSUNG S20B300 LED @ Rs 6800

I picked the LED S20B300. It's contrast is great, but I didn't like the picture quality. It shows color banding and moire pattern even after I adjusted the monitor settings. :/

What do you think about replacing the LED with the LCD monitor B2030 ?

Please suggest some other monitors.
My budget is Rs 8500

Thanks guys for the nice suggestions. I'd like to know which one of these have the best color quality.
I'm not very familiar with BenQ monitors..Are they of good quality compared to Dell & Samsung ?
Also a HDMI port would be great to plug in my PS3

It's Benq GL2250HM wid hdmi port for 8.5k

DELL ST2220L and BENQ GL2250HM, both looks neat with HDMI.
Confused between these two...anyway, I'll choose either one of them.

Try using prediction once you get the hang of it and it gets a hang of you it works like magic.

Anyway I am too going for the DELL and would advise you to go for the same. Benq seems to be having problems in supply chain, someone in the benq supply chain seems to be putting a lower end product in a high end box and two of the forum members have already been affected by it.

I ordered the Dell & waiting for it..& btw, from my experience, if you are a designer then avoid the SAMSUNG S20B300 LED...It's only gud for watching movies..the colors are very harsh..& too much sharp..Witcher 2 and Assassin's Creed graphics looks worse in it..
The B2030 LCD is far better, but doesn't have a huge contrast like the LED
