Suggestion for gaming PC

Hello,
I am seeking suggestion for my gaming PC.
I don't know very much about computer hardware,so please suggest me for the configuration for my PC,my budget is around Rs.30000.
My main work on PC using internet,some assignment work and the formost is playing games,usually like Assassins Creed:Brotherhood,Call of Duty:MW3 and such big games.
Please give your valuable suggestion for it.

Well, won't ask you too much technical question then. Just let me know if you wanna buy all the components like Monitor, Sound box, Keyboard, Harddisk or you do have some components. If yes, then let us know the components you already have.

Yes, have to buy all of them, and by all of them i mean whichever necessary and best i can get in this budget.

^^ Mention the budget buddy; configs really exists for budget no bar and I don't think if we post those things here, you're gonna like it.

So 1st thing 1st: Mention your Total budget 1st.

Actually i just wanna know the best processor for gaming pc...
Still,i come to my perspective,i am increasing my budget till 45k.
And please-please suggest 2 or 3 different graphic card as an option..

Corsair Value 1333 Mhz DDR3 4GB X 1 @ 1.2k
Seagate 250GB 7200.12 3.4k
LG 22X DVD Writer SATA @ 0.85K
Corsair GS600 80+ PSU @ 4K
NZXT Gamma Cabinet @ 2.2K
Acer P206HQ 20" Display @ 5.2K
MSI Cyclone Power Edition HD 6850 @ 9.7K
Logitech MK200 Keyboard & Mouse @ 0.7K
ALTEC LANSING BXR1221 @ 1K
Intex 1KVA @ 1.9K

Total 45.5K

If possible the above monitor can be ditched in favour of benq g2220hdl for 6.8k. Its fullhd and has led backlighting.

The speakers should be logitech z313 @ 1.4k. They are better than bxr1221.
Rest of the config is perfect except for harddrive. But considering current high prices due to thailand floods, very little can be done on that aspect.

Please let me know that in graphic card,i could have anything better with increase in budget 2k-3k for graphic card or as suggested by you is more than enough?

^^ Of course you can go for a more powerful gpu if you really want to. It will increase your overall budget. iF you are willing to spend 3k more on gpu, then sapphire 6950 1gb dirt 3 edition around 13.5k -14k.

It will give you an even better experience in games.
