@op: apart from the above suggestion, you can also add another module of G.skill RipjawsX 4GB kit as it will get into your budget nicely.

    here's goes mine

    Intel Core i5 2500k @ 10.5k
    ASUS P8Z68-V PRO @ 13k
    G.skill RipjawsX 2x F3-128000CL9S-4GBXL @ 3.8k
MSI R6950 Twin Frozr III @15.3k
    Corsair TX650 V2 @ 5.5K
    Cm Hyper 212+ @ 1.9k

even if Op don't want to OC buying a K sku cpu with a quality Z68 mobo makes more sense and he is going to use that rig for next 3-4 years for which the option to OC the core i5 2500k is a must have as it will boost the cpu performance for more demanding games of future

the cooler will keep the cpu cool enough upto ~4.5 Ghz and with that mpob the cpu can be pushed even higher.

With TX650v2 OP can add a more powerful gpu or another HD6950 later and 8GB ram is what gamers should get to have a future proof pc
