Default A very basic config needed


i need u to suggest a config.. they need a very basic config. his son is like 3-4 yr old. so he wud play very basic games.. so dnt add a graphic card n stuff.. make sure u finish the config within 20k.

the stuff shud be durable.

the laptop that would suit is acer aspire 5738z. so if u can configure a similar kinda desktop, it wud be great..

a 3-4 years old plays games on a pc!!!

anyways the config -

Athlon II X3 425 2.7GHz @ 3.5k
Biostar TA785G3 @ 3.7k
2GB DDR3 1333MHz @ 2.5k
Samsung 500GB @ 1.9k
LG H55N DVD @ 1k
Zebronics Bijli with PSU @ 1.5k
Logitech Keyboard & Mouse @ 0.7k
Dell IN1910N 18.5" @ 6k

Total - 20.8k

My son started using my computer when he was 3 yrs old. My assistant recently told me that his 3.5-year-old son is hogging his computer all the time.

get a smaller monitor for the smalllllllllllllllll child, like 17". will bring the cost down as well as will be more suited to kids. They can't move the mouse too much and increasing the speed of the mouse cursor won't help, it will only make things difficult for kids. That's y suggesting smaller monitor. rest is up to you.

BTW, can you name a few games which such small kids can play. I've seen kids of 9-10 years not able to handle simple games. May be flash based games.
