AMD P2 720 wud ve been gr8 but as u strictly need intel, get
E7400: 6k
MSI P35 NEO-F: 4.6k
2*2Gb DDR2 800: 2.4k
HD 4770: 6.5k
VX 450: 3.9k
500GB: 2.9k

but an AMD P2 X3 720 wth an MSI K9A2 CF-F 790X wud much better.
720: 7.5k
MSI mobo: 5.5k

Dont go for MSI mobos. They are crappy. Known to have issues. Better stick to Gigabyte or Asus.

You cannot be generic..there are issues also with Gigabyte motherboards..and too ASUS...it depends..a 'motherboard' fault can be for many reasons..

Bad ram
not enough power...
wrong drivers..

All MSI,Gigabyte,ASUS make good enthusiast motheboards....good quality..how come they would be selling if they were crappy..specially MSI..????

yup
MSI too have premium quality ones. Also budget series of all brands lacks good quality.
But brands like Mercury are crap, and jetway too isnt a gr8 one.
but Asus, giga and MSI are gr8 ones.
