Software for synch my phone contacts and archiving sms

I am using dualboot of opensuse11 and ubuntu ,i am using SonyErcisson w300,i need some software like MyPhoneExplorer which can be used synchro my contacts and arching my inbox messages,Any suggestions???

are USB devices supported in Vitualbox?
if yes, then you can run Windows xp inside Linux
