Default Ubuntu 8.04 not updating
I noticed that since the past two weeks, my Ubuntu installation isnt updating. Whenever i check for updates, it shows Your System is up-to-date in the Update Manager. Beneath that it states, The package information was updated less than one hour ago. I checked out ftp://ftp.iitm.ac.in/ubuntu/ and find the files have been last modified on 19th.

Try another mirror, maybe the IIT-M mirror hasn't been sync'ed lately, not sure of it though.

I tried the official mirror too, but nothing is happening. It just says System is up-to-date.
