Default need info about FreeBSD.
Hi,guys,i m downloading FreeBSD os through dis link ftp://ftp1.us.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBS...ISO-IMAGES/7.0
.can u tell to me cd 1,cd2 cd3 nd cd doc is require?.mean wat is cd livfs nd is not require . and wat will i be do with dis both file "CHEKSUM.md5 & CHEKSUM.SHA256.plz help me bro

try to download only CD images.. not need to download the documentation.. if you want you can also try downloading PC-BSD.. its better from home users..

Thanx but i've used RHEL nd i want to understan FreeBSD so i asked.but u didnot mention of both files.

actually i got this FreeBSD 7 dvd from LFY magazine.. so i don't really know about the files.. but DVD image is also about 1.7 GB.. try downloading that
